Discarded Spirits embraces sustainability by creating cocktail recipes utilising ingredients that have been repurposed. Do you embrace the same ethos? This year while we are asking customers to vote for their favourite cocktails either from a bar or delivered we will also be asking our nominees to come up with a fabulous cocktail utilising an ingredient from your kitchen eg over-ripe bananas and of course Discarded?
